1. How long can I keep my rental items?

All Play To You rentals are for several day typically Weekends (Friday to Monday) or Mid-Week (Tuesday to Thursday).

This gives you plenty of time to enjoy your games or equipment without rushing to return them.

Pickups start at 9 am Friday or Tuesday.

Returns are due by 6 PM Monday or 6 PM Thursday, unless otherwise arranged.

If you need to keep your games or equipment longer, please let us know to avoid late fees.

2. Do you deliver and pickup, or do I need to come get the items?

You can choose delivery, pickup, or both, whatever works best for your schedule.

Deliveries can come to your home or work, but an adult must accept the delivery.

Delivery and pickup are $25 each way for up to 5 miles from Trinity, FL, plus $2 per mile over 5 miles (up to 30 miles).

We deliver to ground-level, easily accessible areas such as garages or porches.

Setup and teardown are not included in the delivery fee.

Pickups are off of Seven Springs Rd near the Firehouse. Exact address will be provided for customers who are picking up.

3. What happens if something gets damaged or returned late?

We understand normal wear and tear happens, but customers are responsible for the care, cleaning, and safe return of all items.

A damage hold is placed on your card for items over $50 when you get your rental and released once everything is returned in good condition.

Late returns are charged $25 per day-per item or the daily rental rate, whichever is higher.

4. Are the Add-on services like face painting and bartending provided by Play To You™?

Most of our add-on services, such as mobile bartenders, face painters, balloon artists, or DJs are provided by trusted local professionals we partner with regularly. They carry their own insurance and operate under their own licenses or brands.

By booking through us, we help you handle the coordination so your event is easier to plan and enjoy.

Depending on service, we may have the entertainer or service provider connect with you directly to go over details.

5. Can I start a Play To You™ business in my area?

Yes! We’re expanding and always looking for enthusiastic local partners who love events and want to bring fun to their own communities.

You’ll receive branding, training, marketing, and support to help you launch quickly and successfully.
